Pricing Errors Mendax Microsystems cannot be held responsible for pricing errors on the web site and reserve the right to make any price modifications before or after an order has been placed and confirmed in any way. Mendax Microsystems can also decide to cancel, void and/or stop a shipment before it reaches the client should it discover a pricing error has occurred. However once shipped, delivered and closed, Mendax Microsystems will not surcharge, add or adjust to the cost of that particular order.
